Summary

Notice of sale of certain residential property. Amends current provisions that require localities in Planning District 8 (Northern Virginia) to be given notice when residential property is subject to a sale under a deed of trust by making those provisions applicable statewide and by requiring notice to be given within 60 days after the sale of the property. The bill also requires common interest community associations to be given such notice when such property is located within a common interest community.
