Summary

Tobacco Indemnification and Community Revitalization Commission; establishment of Inspector General. Establishes an Inspector General for the Tobacco Indemnification and Community Revitalization Commission. The position is appointed by the Governor with the authority to (i) review the condition of the Commission's accounting, financial and administrative controls; (ii) investigate to resolve allegations of fraudulent, illegal, or inappropriate activities; and (iii) prevent and detect fraud, waste, and abuse.
