Summary
Hauling motor fuels; times of emergency. Directs certain state agencies to establish a protocol for a declaration of a state of emergency for resource shortages that adversely affect the delivery of motor fuels, gasoline, diesel, kerosene, number one and number two heating oils, or liquid propane gas and to report on such protocol by the first day of the 2016 Session.
