Summary

Corporate income tax; small business reduced rate. Allows a reduction of one-half of one percent in the corporate income tax rate for up to three years for certain small businesses that increase the number of their employees by a minimum of five percent over the previous year, for taxable years beginning on and after January 1, 2012.
