Summary

Prohibition of certain high school level course grading policies. Prohibits high school level course grading policies at the high school and local school board level that (i) prohibit homework assignments from counting toward any student's grade in any academic course; (ii) prohibit incomplete assignments or assignments not turned in by the assigned deadline from counting as a zero in any student's grade in any academic course; (iii) prohibit extraneous factors such as neatness, effort, and timeliness from being able to be counted toward any student's grade in any course; or (iv) require teachers to permit retakes on tests or assignments that count toward any student's grade in any academic course.
