Procurement; recycled content in plastic materials. Directs the Department of General Services to amend its regulations to require state agencies, in the determination of an award for the procurement of plastic materials, to require that bidders identify whether their plastic materials contain recycled materials and, if so, specify the amount of recycled content in such plastic materials.
