Summary
Virginia Health Care Access Fund. Establishes the Virginia Health Care Access Fund to expand access to health care services through the provision of grants to health care providers who provide health care services to newly eligible individuals described in 42 U.S.C. § 1396a(a)(10)(A)(i)(VIII), but does not expand access to medical assistance services provided through the state plan for medical assistance for such individuals.
