Summary

Receipt of pleadings despite failure to pay fees in a civil case. Provides that a circuit court clerk shall receive and file a complaint or petition commencing a civil action, or a counterclaim or claim impleading a third-party defendant, despite a failure of the filer of the pleading to pay the required filing fees and writ taxes. This bill is a recommendation of the Boyd-Graves Conference.
