Summary

Virginia Water Supply Revolving Fund; preference in Eastern Virginia for projects not involving withdrawal of groundwater from certain aquifers. Directs the Board of Health, when making loans, loan subsidies, or grants for regional water projects in the Eastern Virginia Groundwater Management Area, to give preference to projects that do not involve the withdrawal of groundwater from the coastal plain aquifer.
