Summary
Plea of guilty on first-offense drug possession case; no appeal. Provides that any person who, upon a plea of guilty, is placed on probation pursuant to a deferral and dismissal arrangement in a first-offense drug possession case, who then violates a term or condition of his probation, and is thereafter adjudicated guilty, shall have no right of appeal and trial de novo on the original criminal charge.
