Summary
A bill to nullify the effect of the recent Executive order regarding border security and immigration enforcement. This bill rescinds Executive Order 13767, entitled "Border Security and Immigration Enforcement Improvements," effective as of January 25, 2017. Among the order's provisions concerning border security and immigration enforcement along the southern border of the United States are directives concerning physical barriers, detention facilities, additional Border Patrol agents, requirements for reporting on foreign aid to Mexico, and parole and asylum procedures.
