Summary
A bill to amend the Safe Water Drinking Act to require the Administrator of the Environmental Protection Agency to establish maximum contaminant levels for certain contaminants, and for other purposes. This bill amends the Safe Drinking Water Act to direct the Environmental Protection Agency, within two years, to publish maximum contaminant level goals and promulgate national primary drinking water regulations for perfluorooctanoic acid; perfluorooctanesulfonic acid; 1,4-dioxane; and perchlorate.
