Summary
Sequestration Relief Act of 2015 This bill amends the Balanced Budget and Emergency Deficit Control Act of 1985 to revise the discretionary spending limits for FY2016 and FY2017 and eliminate spending reductions required by sequestration. Current law requires a sequestration, or automatic across-the-board spending cuts, to enforce deficit reduction requirements.
