Summary
Provides funding for (1) grants to prevent COVID-19 (i.e., coronavirus disease 2019) for jurisdictions that mandate the use of face coverings in accordance with guidelines issued by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, and (2) grants for jurisdictions to promote the use of face coverings. It also requires the use of face coverings in federal facilities during the COVID-19 pandemic.
