Summary
Directs the Department of Transportation (DOT) to provide additional funding to certain transportation projects that were awarded competitive grants but require additional funds to complete such projects due to the effects of COVID-19 (i.e., coronavirus disease 2019). In providing additional funds, DOT shall provide an amount equal to not less than 10% of the total project costs.
