Summary

ESIA Election Systems Integrity Act This bill directs each election service provider to submit to the Department of Homeland Security and the Election Assistance Commission: (1) a report listing the identity of any foreign national who directly or indirectly owns or controls such election service provider and the percentage of such ownership, and (2) a notice of any material change in ownership or control of such election service provider. If an election service provider fails to submit such a required report, the Department of Justice may impose a civil fine of $10,000.
