Summary
Safety From Sex Offenders Act of 2011 - Prohibits a property manager from providing a key or other means of access to a residence to a sex offender, and prohibits a sex offender from possessing such means of access while acting on behalf of a property manager, unless the owner or lessor of the residence: (1) is notified of any offense for which the individual was convicted that requires the individual to register under the Sex Offender Registration and Notification Act, and (2) provides a written authorization for such access. Imposes a fine, imprisonment for not more than one year, or both for violations of this Act.
