Summary
A bill to provide for the repair, recapitalization, and certification of dry docks at Naval shipyards. This bill allows amounts authorized to be appropriated for FY2017 for the Department of Defense for operation and maintenance that are available as foreign currency fluctuation savings to be made available for repair, recapitalization, and certification of dry docks at naval shipyards.
