Summary

Nevada Land Sovereignty Act of 2015 Prohibits any further extension or establishment of national parks and monuments in Nevada from being undertaken, except by express authorization of Congress. Prohibits the Department of the Interior from implementing, administering, or enforcing Secretarial Order No. 3310 issued on December 22, 2010, which requires the Bureau of Land Management to inventory public lands with wilderness characteristics.
