Summary

A bill to amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to repeal the deduction for local lobbying expenses. This bill amends the Internal Revenue Code to eliminate the tax deduction for lobbying expenditures to influence the legislation of any local council or similar governing body, including an Indian tribal government.
