Summary
Amends the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States to: (1) amend the article description of certain capers in immediate containers holding 3.4 kilograms or less; and (2) extend temporarily the suspension of duty on such articles. Provides for the liquidation or reliquidation (refund of duties) on such articles that entered into the United States on or after September 1, 2006, and before the 15th day after enactment of this Act.
