Summary

Sacramento River National Recreation Area Act of 2011 - Establishes the Sacramento River National Recreation Area in California, consisting of specified public land in Tehama and Shasta Counties. Requires the development of a comprehensive plan for the long-range protection and management of the Recreation Area. Establishes the Sacramento River National Recreation Area Advisory Council to provide advice and make recommendations to the Secretary of the Interior related to the development, implementation, and amendment of such plan and to ensure public involvement in the management of such Area.
