Summary
A bill to amend the Food, Agriculture, Conservation, and Trade Act of 1990 to improve access to grants and loans for evidence-based substance use disorder treatment services in rural areas, and for other purposes. This bill amends the Food, Agriculture, Conservation, and Trade Act of 1990 to require the Department of Agriculture to make funding available for substance use disorder treatment services from appropriations made for facilities and systems to provide telemedicine and distance learning services in rural areas.
