Summary
Requires the Under Secretary of Defense for Research and Engineering to complete an assessment of quantum computing and how it may be used to address problems associated with exposure to perfluoroalkyl and polyfluoroalkyl substances, commonly referred to as PFASs. PFASs are man-made and may have adverse human health effects.
