Summary

Authorizes the Peace Corps Commemorative Foundation to establish a commemorative work on federal land in the District of Columbia to commemorate the mission of the Peace Corps and the ideals on which it was founded. Requires the commemorative work to be established in accordance with the Commemorative Works Act. Prohibits the use of federal funding to pay any expense to establish the commemorative work. Makes the Peace Corps Commemorative Foundation solely responsible for the acceptance of contributions and the payment of the expenses for the establishment of the commemorative work. Requires such Foundation, upon the payment of all expenses for the establishment of the commemorative work (including amounts for maintenance and preservation) or upon the expiration of the authority for such work, to deposit any remaining funds into a separate National Park Foundation account.
