Summary

A bill to amend the Clean Air Act with respect to the ethanol waiver for the Reid vapor pressure limitations under that Act. This bill amends the Clean Air Act to apply limitations on Reid vapor pressure (a measure of gasoline's volatility) applicable to gasoline blended with 10% ethanol (E10) to gasoline blended with more than 10% ethanol. Limitations on Reid vapor pressure are placed on gasoline during the summer ozone season.
