Summary

Expressing the sense of the House of Representatives that Arctic lease sales which are already included in the Draft Proposed Plan must stay in the proposed 2017-2022 Outer Continental Shelf Oil & Gas Leasing Program. Reaffirms that America's strategic options for the Arctic region should not be constricted by the exclusion of future Arctic economic opportunities. Expresses strong support for including Arctic lease sales in the Bureau of Ocean Energy Management's proposed 2017-2022 Outer Continental Shelf Oil and Gas Leasing Program.
