Recognizing the contributions of American Viticultural Areas and winegrowing regions. Recognizes: (1) the contributions of American wines and distinctive American wine-growing regions; and (2) the value of promoting wines from the regions, including those protected by American Viticultural Area or other appellations of origin. Supports efforts to promote awareness of and appreciation for the regions.
