Summary

Amending the Rules of the House of Representatives to provide for the consideration of reported bills or joint resolutions that have not been considered by the House within 60 calendar days. Amends Rule XIV (Order and Priority of Business) of the Rules of the House of Representatives to authorize the chair and ranking minority member of a committee, or the chair and ranking minority member of its applicable subcommittee, if a bill or joint resolution reported by the committee has not been considered within 60 calendar days, to offer jointly a motion for consideration of the measure.
