Summary

Encouraging the celebration of the month of June as LGBTQ Pride Month. Expresses the sense of the House of Representatives that lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and queer (LGBTQ) rights are human rights and protected by the U.S. Constitution; LBGTQ Pride month should be celebrated; and all Americans should be treated equally regardless of sexual orientation or gender identity.
