Condemns the terrorist attacks in the United Kingdom in Manchester on May 22, 2017, and in London on June 3, 2017. Supports the British government's efforts to bring those involved in those attacks to justice. Reaffirms a commitment to the special relationship with the United Kingdom and to the defense of universal democratic values. Expresses appreciation for the United Kingdom's significant efforts to combat terrorism. Recognizes the growing threat posed by Islamist terrorist groups worldwide and reaffirms the U.S. commitment to the global fight against such violent extremists.
