Summary

Urges the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) to continue its cooperation with U.S. airports that are seeking to implement noise mitigation plans. Encourages the FAA to continue to implement the Next Generation Air Transportation System (NextGen) and other efforts to enhance air travel safety and help decrease noise levels.
