Summary

Calls on Turkey to: (1) pledge to uphold and safeguard religious and human rights; (2) eliminate all forms of discrimination, particularly those based on race or religion; (3) grant the Ecumenical Patriarchate appropriate international recognition and ecclesiastic succession; (4) grant the Ecumenical Patriarchate the right to train clergy of all nationalities, not just Turkish nationals; and (5) respect the property rights of the Ecumenical Patriarchate.
