Summary

Directing the President pursuant to section 5(c) of the War Powers Resolution to remove United States Armed Forces from hostilities in the Republic of Yemen that have not been authorized by Congress. Directs the President to remove U.S. Armed Forces from hostilities in Yemen, except those authorized in 2001 in response to the September 11 attacks.
