Summary

Expressing the sense of Congress that the United States should resume normal diplomatic relations with Taiwan, and for other purposes. Expresses the sense of Congress that the President should: (1) abandon the One China Policy in favor of a One China, One Taiwan Policy that recognizes Taiwan's independence; and (2) begin the process of resuming normal diplomatic relations with Taiwan.
