Summary

Safe Haven for Heros Act of 2011 - Amends the federal criminal code to prohibit for 5 hours (currently, 60 minutes) before and after a funeral of a member of the Armed Forces that is not located at a cemetery under the control of the National Cemetery Administration or part of Arlington National Cemetery: (1) activity that disturbs the peace or good order of that funeral, and (2) activity within 2500 (currently, 300) feet of the boundary of the location of such funeral that impedes access to or egress from such location.
