Summary
Requires the Securities and Exchange Commission to determine whether issuers of securities must disclose investments in certain persons reasonably believed to be involved, or to pose a significant risk of being or becoming involved, in activities contrary to the national security or foreign policy interests of the United States. The Department of State must annually submit to Congress a list of Chinese entities associated with specified military activities.
