Summary

Responsible Skies Act of 2015 Amends the FAA Modernization and Reform Act of 2012 to require the Secretary of Transportation to prohibit the operator of an unmanned recreational aircraft (drone) from flying it: above 400 feet and within 5 miles of the perimeter of a commercial airport, or where it may be seen from the airport's perimeter.
