Summary
Dependent Care Act of 2011 - Directs the Secretary of Veterans Affairs (VA) to provide health care for the physical and mental injuries suffered by a spouse, child, or dependent parent victim of abuse by a veteran who is enrolled in the VA patient enrollment system and has been diagnosed with post-traumatic stress disorder or traumatic brain injury, as long as such victim is not eligible for medical coverage under a federal or state program or otherwise covered by a private medical insurance policy. Requires a report from the Secretary to the congressional veterans committees addressing any VA challenges or concerns in verifying psychological abuse in such individuals.
