Summary
To prohibit the Secretary of the Interior from issuing oil and gas leases on portions of the Outer Continental Shelf located off the coast of New Jersey. This bill prohibits the Bureau of Ocean Energy Management from issuing a lease, permit, or license for oil exploration or extraction on submerged lands of the Outer Continental Shelf that are located within 125 miles off the coastline of New Jersey.
