Summary

Pension Security Act of 2009 - Amends the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 (ERISA) to require the financial statement filed with the annual report for a defined benefit pension plan covered by ERISA to include a separate schedule identifying: (1) each hedge fund (i.e., unregistered investment pool) in which plan funds are invested; and (2) the amount invested.
