Summary
Camp Lejeune Family Member Protection Act This bill amends the federal judicial code to authorize a new tort claim against the United States. Specifically, it allows a tort claim for damages related to the injuries or death of a member of the U.S. Armed Forces caused by a negligent or wrongful act and arising out of a violation of environmental law.
