Summary
Leadership PAC Limitation Act This bill amends the Federal Election Campaign Act of 1971 to prohibit the conversion of leadership PAC funds to personal use. A leadership PAC is a political action committee (other than a political committee of a political party) that is established, financed, maintained, or controlled by the candidate or an individual but which is not an authorized committee of the candidate or individual and not affiliated with an authorized committee of the candidate or individual.
