Summary
Police Accountability Act of 2014 - Amends the federal criminal code to require a state or local law enforcement officer in a public agency which receives federal justice assistance, who engages in conduct that would constitute a federal crime of violence if it were to occur in the special maritime and territorial jurisdiction of the United States, to be punished as provided for that offense under federal law.
