Summary

Stop Wasteful Bonuses in Department of Veterans Affairs Act of 2015 VA Bonus Accountability Act Prohibits the Secretary of Veterans Affairs (VA) from awarding a bonus to any VA employee for five years after the end of a fiscal year in which the Comptroller General, the VA Inspector General, or any other senior VA ethics official makes an adverse finding relating to the employee. Requires VA to order such an employee to repay any bonus awarded in any year in which an adverse finding is made.
