Summary
To permit members of the House of Representatives to donate used computer equipment to public elementary and secondary schools designated by the members. This bill amends the Legislative Branch Appropriations Act, 1987 to allow computers and related peripheral tools previously used by a Member of the House of Representatives to be donated to a public elementary or secondary school without regard to whether the donation: (1) is a cost to the government, or (2) has a recoverable value.
