Directs the Department of Transportation to revise its regulations to increase the gross combination weight rating for a single commercial motor vehicle covered under Group B (Heavy Straight Vehicle) to 30,001 pounds. Currently, the gross combination weight rating for a single vehicle under Group B is 26,001 pounds or more.
