Southwest Border Regional Commission Reauthorization Act of 2018 This bill reauthorizes the separate regional economic and infrastructure development programs of the Southeast Crescent Regional Commission, the Southwest Border Regional Commission, and the Northern Border Regional Commission through FY2023.
