Summary
Allows employers a tax credit for 10% of the increase in the aggregate amount of wages paid to specified employees in the current taxable year. The credit shall not exceed $500,000 for any employer for any taxable year. The bill defines "specified employee" as any employee who (1) was employed continuously in one or more trades or businesses of the employer, and (2) earned wages not in excess of $75,000.
