Summary
Restoring Local Control Act This bill modifies representational and structural requirements for metropolitan planning organizations (MPOs) under the federal-aid highways and public transportation programs. MPOs are policy-making organizations designated to carry out the transportation planning process for each urban area with a population of at least 50,000.
